“Keep your pets with you forever”

Losing a pet doesn't mean saying goodbye forever........

We can help you to keep there memories close.

You don't have to say
Goodbye forever

When your beloved pet or companion passes away, it can often be as tragic as the passing of a family member. The years of love and companionship you have experience with your pet can be preserved and you do not have to part with your pet ,through either burial or cremation.

My service can preserve your pet with you indefinitely, and you will not have to experience the loss most people do when this happens.

My method involves both taxidermy and freeze-drying, resulting in the most life-like preservation available. Over the past several decades I have served many hundreds of  grateful and satisfied customers and pet owners , who still have there beloved companions with them. This service is available to you and your pet.

What to do if you suffer a loss of your pet.

Freeze your pet immediately, this is very important.
Do not remove from the freezer for at least 3-4 days.

Invoice Information:

Project info:
Rent for 1-7 days starting on   (or pickup day) the day it is returned is the last day of the contract.

Photo of mount or mounts:

Item rented:

Cost:   Rental cost for 1-7 days  = $  Please note that there is a Total deposit due of  $ that will be returned if there is no damage to the mounts when they are returned, I will hold your credit card info if needed for any repairs or total loss.

Delivery to:    Customer is responsible for pick-up and return.

Terms:   All money that is due must be paid before the mount can leave the shop. After the contract is signed or payment is made any and all funds for the rental are not returnable. This contract is binding when it is signed or you give me the info for a credit card charge or drop off a check for payment. A payment by you means you have accepted this contract and all terms listed. I cannot be responsible for changes that are not listed in this contract, so by signing or giving payment for these services you have agreed to this contract.

In some cases on special projects a deposit toward the rental will be needed when we agree on all terms and the paperwork is signed.

In the case of a credit card I will charge your card the deposit and refund that charge if the mount is returned undamaged and on time.

If damages are so severe that I can’t repair it. Then you will forfeit the deposit and the animal is yours, as is. In regard to my repair policy, I charge $120.00 per hour plus material. If the damages were beyond bringing the mount back to its original condition it would have to be a write off, this would be my decision only. We have checked on the condition of any rentals before they leave the control of our shops and unless so noted they are in excellent condition.

If a mount is shipped and not delivered because of you not being there to sign for it then you are responsible for the return shipping and the original rental agreement.

Deposits: If you exceed the listed day of return (The seventh day of rental) your deposit will be used for any and all extra time on the rental. Please note that the deposit is the cost to replace the mount if it is damaged beyond repair, but if you exceed the rental and damage the item or items beyond repair you are still liable for the full deposit.

Value charge for this rental: Note: Only legal animals with all the paperwork will be rented. If you damage the mounts in any way, I reserve the right to charge you the full value (which is the deposit you have given) of said mounts plus the rental. Please call for availability of mounts and species. The first day of pickup counts as the first day of the rental agreement. If you cannot come in to pay for your rental in person (with a credit card) there is a 10% handling charge because of the extra work involved (this includes use of the telephone)
Please note: That the charges for the rental and the deposit are separate and if the damage to the rental are beyond repair when returned then the deposit charges will be forfeited upon return of the rentals and you will own the damaged mount. This decision is mine only.

Thank you for your order.

Richard G. Santomauro

If you agree to all of the above please sign below, and forward a copy of the signed contract along with any and all monies due. I will make a copy for you.

Velvet Antler Pricing
This service is available to other Taxidermist or customers who need the service.
Price breakdown for Artificial Velvet service
I can provide you with a service that will make your horns in velvet look like they should. Whether you just came back from the hunt or have had them hanging around for years. The service is Permanent and bugs will not even look at it. Check out the Velvet Antler photos on this website, and if you have any questions please call me at 732-449-5950
Because of the many variations in antlers, it is almost impossible to give out an average price for this service. This is the way I providing you with the actual cost for the velvet service.

1. The basic charge is $110.00
2. I then measure the length of both of the main beams and all other point lengths coming off the main beams.
3. This measurement is taken in inches.
4. Add the basic charge  +  plus the total lengths of both sides  x  the cents per inch  =  will equal the cost for the service.
5. The customer is responsible for stripping and cleaning his horns before shipping them to me. The charge for me to do it will be billed at $65.00 per hour.
6. All shipping, handling and INS is the responsibility of the customer. Because of the packaging of the completed items, only one side of the rack may be put in each box. This would depend on the species and size of rack.

Below are the horn charges for the
different species of game.

$.80 cents per inch for the Deer listed:
Whitetail, Mule, Blacktail, Axis, Fallow Deer and most of the exotic species.

$.95 cents per inch, for Caribou and Reindeer.

$1.00 per inch, for Elk.

$1.10 per inch, for Moose.
Please note that Moose are measured differently. I need to measure from the base of the antler to the top of the palm. Then measure the length of all the tines that come off the palms and anywhere else. Then measure the width of the palms and the length of the brow tines. Add all of the measurement from both sides together, then multiply the total inches by $1.10 add the basic charge and you will have the cost.

This is the way you should strip the velvet off of your
racks before you send them to me for velvet service.
1. Soak the racks in salt water at least up to a week. This way the racks will re-hydrate.
2. If you have access to a power washer strip all the tissue and natural velvet off the racks and skull.
3. Hang the racks up out of reach of any animals to dry. If they are available to any animals they will chew them up and destroy them.
4. If I have to do this part of the job you will be billed at $65.00 per hour.
